The definition of a Versatile horse is "Marley"! This is what Arabians were originally bred to do: be a wonderful, personable companion horse and a true performance athlete that excels in a number of disciplines.

Besides being a family companion with a dog-like personality, "Marley" has also earned a reputation as a truly versatile horse. He is a Region 1 and 2 Top Five winner in Dressage for two years, a Champion NATRC Horse and a Top Ten Endurance Competitor. He also dabbled as a Hunter under an Open Show Hunter trainer. He loved to jump, never refused a fence, and had great form. I would have liked to pursue this avenue with him, but there really is only so much time... and money...

UPDATE! "Marley" has a new home in the United Arab Emirates with The President's Al Wathba Stables. We will miss him.
